c) Advice and assistance on Italian law requirements and ruling on payroll and taxes issues upon request, at no additional expenses by the US Tri-Mission

Timing: No later than 15 days from receipt of request.

The Government shall provide the contractor with all necessary data/information no later than 3 working days from issuance of each earning statement (every 15 days or when it applies).

1.3 Consulting services

It is a responsibility of the Contractor to be constantly updated on Italian laws, Decrees, regulations et alia regarding the field covered by this contract. The Contractor agrees to provide consulting services on Italian labor law issues, on an as needed basis, at no additional cost to the Government. The COR will contact directly the Contractor to ask for advice/support.
