About this file
This document is an Amendment (0001) to Solicitation 191S7025R0002 for Residential Interior Painting Services for the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem, Israel. The amendment includes several key updates: revisions to Section 3 and Section 5 of the solicitation, incorporation of minutes from a May 7, 2025 pre-proposal conference, and inclusion of a questions and answers document from the conference. The amendment also informs potential contractors that questions will not be accepted after May 16, 2025 at 14:00 Israel Standard Time.
The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide residential interior painting services for properties in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, with a base period of twelve months and potential four one-year option periods. Key details include a contract minimum of $5,000 and a maximum of $300,000 per period, with estimated 150 painting jobs per year. The scope covers various property types (houses and apartments) with specific painting requirements, security clearance for personnel, and completion times ranging from four to eight working days depending on property type. Contractors can submit proposals for one or both geographical options, and the government reserves the right to award multiple contracts.
