The Scope stated in the SOW is to perform audits to evaluate the Mexican prisons and central offices that are in the process of receiving accreditation and re-accreditation by the American Correcting Association (pg. 9). Consequently, Section 5 (Basis of Award and Evaluation Criteria), Appendix A (Technical Specifications of Items), Appendix B (Performance Requirements), Appendix C (Deliverables), and Appendix D (Delivery Information) are focused on delivery of goods (pgs 18-73). Can you please clarify if this is a service contract of auditing prisons using the ACA standards or a goods contract requiring office equipment to be procured and delivered to varying offices in Mexico?
Could you please tell me if the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted as solicitation number 191NLE21Q0018 will be a follow-on requirement to any work performed currently or in the past, or will this be a new requirement?
