About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Best Value Acquisition (BVA) solicitation issued by Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) for Exhibit Booth Design and Creation Services. The Addendum extends the Proposal Due date to September 30, 2024 and clarifies several details, including a total project budget not to exceed $200,000, booth size requirements to accommodate both 10x10 and 10x20 spaces, and VCU's objectives of marketing the Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center and recruiting at the three annual conferences. The Addendum also provides responses to 23 questions from potential offerors regarding booth specifications, branding, graphics, electrical requirements, storage, and interaction with attendees.

The solicitation is for a modular exhibit booth that can be reconfigured to fit both 10x10 and 20x20 spaces for the three annual conferences. VCU is seeking an interactive, inclusive, and inviting booth design that adheres to VCU's branding guidelines. Offerors are not restricted in the types of materials used, and VCU will provide the content for the HD monitors. VCU is looking for general feedback from stakeholders and leaders after the events.
