About this file

This document is a Pricing Matrix (Schedule B) for Request for Proposal No. 190000001724 issued by the Delaware Military and Veteran Affairs (DMVA) for armory door replacement and installation services. The proposal requests contractors to submit detailed pricing for interior and exterior door installations, with pricing to be calculated by estimated hourly rates multiplied by projected hours for each door type. Contractors are required to provide pricing in a modifiable format like Microsoft Word or Excel, with potential disqualification for incomplete submissions.

The pricing structure allows for materials to be billed at cost plus 10%, with contractors encouraged to offer quick payment terms through potential invoice discounts. The document emphasizes independent pricing certification, requiring contractors to confirm that proposed prices were developed without consultation or communication with other bidders. Specific details include hourly rate submission for interior and exterior doors, comprehensive material pricing (including hardware, paint, sweeps, closers, and weather stripping), and a cost-plus percentage for overall materials. The proposal appears designed to solicit competitive, transparent pricing for armory door renovation or replacement projects at unspecified locations.
