Additional liquidated damages may be assessed if the contractor's actions or failures result in the county's inability to claim grant funds. The project requires contractors to maintain plant operations during construction, coordinate with other ongoing contracts including FPL power line relocation, and manage plant security and access. Questions must be submitted in writing with a deadline of 10 calendar days prior to bid opening.
