The project involves installing 13 PTZ and fixed cameras across eight buildings, including 12-port managed network switches with fiber optic interfaces, intrusion detection system (IDS) field equipment, and four 55-inch TV monitors in the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC). The contract will be awarded to Advantor Systems as a sole source provider under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), based on their specialized product compatibility with the existing security systems.

The SOW specifies detailed installation requirements, including camera placement, network infrastructure, and integration with existing Video Management System (VMS). The contractor will perform turnkey installation, including conduit and wiring, verification testing, and commissioning. The project requires 2-3 technicians for a 15-day installation period, with specific scheduling and base access requirements. Advantor Systems will provide a three-year warranty on their manufactured products and a one-year warranty on installation workmanship. The contract is currently unfunded, with the government's obligation contingent on appropriated funds availability, and all bids are considered valid for 90 days from the bid opening date.
