About this file
This is a Scope of Work document for Round Rock Independent School District (RRISD) in Texas establishing a multiple-award agreement for HVAC repair parts and supplies. The District seeks to contract with multiple businesses, public or private organizations, or other entities to provide non-warehouse stock HVAC repair parts and supplies necessary for maintaining the District's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Products must be available for both in-store purchase and delivery to support ongoing District maintenance operations. The agreement establishes a framework for vendors to supply parts on an as-needed basis to ensure continuity of HVAC system maintenance across District facilities.
The procurement structure allows for multiple awards to qualified vendors, enabling the District to source HVAC repair parts from various suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, product availability, and service reliability. Vendors may participate in either in-store sales or delivery models, providing flexibility in fulfillment options. This multi-vendor approach allows the District to maintain adequate inventory access while leveraging competition among suppliers to optimize costs and service quality for its facilities maintenance operations.
