F. Termination or Cancellation
1. To protect the vested interests of the OSSD, and to ensure the efficient utilization of funds, the successful Bidder shall comply with all obligations contained in the General Terms and Conditions and the Scope of Services. With respect to these obligations, the OSSD will report any non-compliance issues to the successful Bidder for corrective action. Continued non-compliance by the successful Bidder shall be the OSSD’s justification for placing the Bidder’s contract on probation status or termination.
2. If the District, in whole or in part, is not satisfied with the performance of services supplied and agreed to with this RFP, it may terminate the contract/agreement after giving specific reason(s) by written notice to successful Bidder and offering opportunity for successful Bidder to correct
