About this file
This addendum to Request for Bid No. MD-17-2355 is issued by the University of Wisconsin System Office of Procurement on behalf of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for On-Site Banking and ATM Services. The addendum modifies key dates and requirements in the original RFB: the contract start date has been revised to July 1, 2017; the deadline for submitting questions has been moved to April 28, 2017; and the bid date remains May 4, 2017. The scope includes provision of three ATMs on campus with the potential for additional ATM placement throughout campus, on-site banking services, and optional marketing, scholarship, and sponsorship contributions to support university programs, student activities, athletics, and academic initiatives.
The financial bid structure requires a monthly banking space lease payment with a minimum of $3,000 per month; an annual ATM fee with a minimum of $5,000 based on a tiered schedule of $2,500 for full-service ATMs and $1,250 for cash-only ATMs; and optional annual marketing, scholarship, and sponsorship payments with no minimum requirement. The addendum significantly expands the marketing component to include four tiers of engagement: campus marketing at a suggested $25,000 annually; student activities and organization support at $15,000 annually; scholarship and academic program support at $15,000 annually; and exclusive or non-exclusive Green Bay Athletics marketing agreements valued at either $100,000 annually for exclusive rights or $50,000 annually for non-exclusive rights. All marketing contributions will be determined through negotiation between the successful bidder and the university's representatives, including Learfield/Phoenix Sports Properties, and represent cash payments to be distributed at the university's discretion. Bidders who have already submitted a proposal may submit amendments marked as "Amendment to Proposal No. MD-17-2355."
