About this file

This file is a Questions and Answers Log containing vendor responses related to an OSHA Pump Calibrators procurement.

The Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued RFQ 1650-DIT-26-NAT-0028 for Pump Calibrators, resulting in a Firm Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The requirement is set aside for small businesses and will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The products must be made in America and comply with the Buy American Act. The Period of Performance runs from August 5, 2026, through August 4, 2029. The original quote submission deadline of July 24, 2026, was extended twice, ultimately to August 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Questions were due by 3:00 PM EST on July 20, 2026. Responses to vendor inquiries and clarifications are documented in this Q&A log, which was incorporated as an amendment to the solicitation. All questions and quotes should be submitted to Tanya Hall (hall.tanya.m@dol.gov) and Maria M. Britton (britton.maria.m@dol.gov).

This requirement is set aside for small business. The Government will acccept a similar NAICs code as long as it's similar to this requirement.
