About this file
This document is an Amendment (Standard Form 30) for Request for Quotation (RFQ) 1605C5-25-Q-00008 for a Cognitive Laboratory, issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Customer Acquisition Services. The amendment's primary purpose is to add a Questions and Answers (Q&A) section to the solicitation, providing clarification for potential vendors. Key details include a quotation deadline of June 11th, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET, and confirmation that this is a new contract for equipment procurement and installation in a newly constructed space, with no incumbent service provider.
The Q&A section addresses specific vendor inquiries, including confirmation of the solicitation details and guidance on quote submission. Vendors are instructed to address the quote to Daniel Garza for proposal purposes, with the understanding that the main system owner/registered user will be determined later. The contract's period of performance is set for 07/14/2025 to 07/13/2026, and the solicitation is for procuring equipment and installation for a Cognitive Laboratory at the Suitland Federal Center in Hillcrest Heights, MD.
