The purpose of this amendment is to revise Section 5.1 of the Performance Work Statement.
Section 5.1 is hereby revised as follows:
The contractor is expected to provide the following deliverables in accordance with the scope of work.
• The Contractor will provide all advertising and marketing promotional materials for DOL
Suicide GatekeeperTraining (SGT).
• The Contractor shall provide accurate, courteous, and efficient customer service.

• The Contractor shall meet the requirement as described on the PWS to provide evaluation and analysis of training programs/courses.
• Provide 4 in-person trainings (one per DOL Office with 35 participants max) at the following locations:
1. Washington DC
2. Atlanta, GA
3. Chicago, IL
4. San Francisco, CA
• Provide 3 live virtual training sessions offered agency wide (35 participants max per class).
• Provide evidence-based, engaging, and interactive self-paced online training for approximately 1,400 employees of DOL’s workforce.
Employees will have access to the online training via a separate link on the vendor's website.
The training is expected to be structured as a hybrid of either in person, virtual, or self-paced online, with one hour training sessions. Employees will select the medium they prefer to complete one session.
Training is expected to begin in October 2024 with the 4 in-person sessions, then the 3 live virtual sessions, and then move to the online sessions with as many courses occurring in the first quarter of FY 25 (October through
December), as possible.
