About this file
This document is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for the Nurse and Vocational Rehabilitation Case Management Services (NVRS) contract. The QASP provides a systematic method to evaluate the contractor's performance and defines the Government's roles and responsibilities for oversight and surveillance activities.
The QASP outlines 30 performance requirements (PRS) that will be monitored, including developing a quality control plan, ensuring timely delivery of reports and work products, adhering to data security requirements, providing qualified personnel, and conducting status review meetings. The Government will use 100% inspection and periodic evaluation methods to assess the contractor's performance against the acceptable quality levels (AQL) defined for each PRS. Positive performance will be documented and may be used for incentives, while unacceptable performance will result in Contracting Discrepancy Reports and corrective action plans. The QASP is considered a "living document" that the Government may update as needed throughout contract performance.
