About this file

This document contains a Request for Information (RFI) for a 16 Channel 100W S-Band HPAs Shelf. The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking information from potential sources capable of fulfilling technical requirements for a shelf containing 16 high power amplifier channels operating between 3.1-3.5 GHz. Minimum requirements include 100W of power per channel, 2dB peak-to-peak gain variation, 50% duty cycle, pulse widths from 1-100us, and monitoring/control interfaces. Interested parties should provide contact and capability information, commercial product details, and descriptions of how their solution would meet specifications by June 28, 2022. The anticipated evaluation will be based on best value and technical compliance. Place of performance would be at NRL-DC and the contractor's facility.
