About this file

This document is a contractor release form template used by the Department of Transportation. It releases the government, its officers, agents, and employees from liabilities, obligations, claims, and demands arising from a specified contract upon final payment, except for three types of excluded claims. The contractor must still comply with all contractual provisions including those relating to patent matters and the notification and litigation of non-released claims. The contractor and witnesses must sign and date the completed form, and a corporate officer must verify the signature if the contractor is a corporation.

The related federal opportunity is a solicitation amendment from the Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration seeking geotechnical surveying services in Anapra, New Mexico. Additional details on pricing, response dates, and other requirements are not provided in this document.
