| Can you please provide the estimated total user population as well as the total number of business Administrators? | Estimated total user population is 80-100. |
Estimated number of Business Administrators is 20.
Is the number of End Users equal to the number of workspaces that will be managed in the system? i.e. is there a 1:1 user to workspace correlation? For example 80 workspaces shared across 80-100 people? Or is there a lower number of workspaces being shared across this user group? I also wasn’t sure if some of the 20 Administrative Users may also need to reserve desks as needed.
Can you please clarify how many workspaces/desks you are looking to manage? The number of users and the number of workspaces we expect to max out at 100. It is not necessarily a 1-1 relationship, so that should not be implied. The number of users will fluctuate, as well as the individual (named) users that participate because there is an “open season” to enter or leave teleworking every quarter and the workspaces assigned to hoteling may be adjusted based on the number of employees teleworking (along with their schedule). The numbers we have provided you are based on current trends (for employees participating in telework) and the number of workspaces come from the Management / Union MOU and discussed with OIT (minimum 80, but could go up to 100). It should be noted, though, that both of these could increase, or decrease, over time as situations and business needs change (for instance a hiring surge).
As far as Business Administrators, we do not expect they will be hoteling as they would be management, not Union. The 20 provided for them would not be additional hoteling participants, but again, the individuals hoteling very well could change every quarter, but the workspaces may not, so the easier to manage licensing would be by workspaces (seats) not users.
