About this file
This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Grand Jury Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) in the Southern District of Mississippi. The solicitation (Number 15JA0525Q00000052) includes three key attachments: a list of authorized individuals who can place work orders, a sample court reporting/work order form, and an RFP checklist for offerors.
The RFP requires offerors to submit four volumes: personnel resumes with references (1-5 key personnel), past performance references from the last three years, a two-page summary of experience focusing on recording methods and grand jury security, and a price proposal. Offerors must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM), qualify as a small business under NAICS code 561492 (with average annual receipts not exceeding $16.0 million), and complete various federal representations and certifications. The solicitation emphasizes strict requirements around grand jury material handling and personnel access.
