About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding aviation support services for its Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG). The RFI seeks information from vendors capable of providing aircraft mission support, aircraft maintenance, training, safety, and administrative support to sustain the FBI's aircraft fleet.
The key details include: the RFI is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the government to award a contract; the NAICS code is 488190 Other Support Activities for Air Transportation with a $40 million size standard; the FBI is seeking information on the vendor's capability to provide nationwide support and experience with military/law enforcement operations and special mission aircraft; and responses are due by April 22, 2024. The RFI includes an Excel spreadsheet for vendors to provide company information and requests comments on a draft Performance Work Statement, details on the vendor's largest relevant contract, and the type of contract structure the vendor believes would be mutually beneficial.
