The Q&A contains seven questions submitted by Southwestern Dakotah, Inc. addressing project-specific details such as personnel role responsibilities, conduit installation requirements, project duration, and lead-based paint concerns. Key responses include confirming that the Quality Control Manager (QCM) can assume Safety and Security Health Officer (SSHO) responsibilities, the project duration is 365 calendar days from notice to proceed, conduit can be surface mounted, and conduit does not need to be red for fire alarms. Regarding lead-based paint, the document notes the facility was constructed in 1982 after lead paint was banned, and if contractors suspect lead paint, they should test materials and issue a Request for Information (RFI) to identify questionable materials.
