Questions Regarding 15BCTS25R00000002 (CTS in Tyler, TX)
1. Should Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and SOT services be listed under our professional liability policy as part of professional services, or should they instead be included under general liability?
Response: These two types of insurances cover different kinds of claims. I recommend you reaching out to your agent and discussing coverage details. Please use 52.237-7 Indemnification and Medical Liability Insurance (Jan 1997) outlined in the solicitation for additional guidance.
Generally, these services are covered under Professional Liability Insurance.
2. Would it be more appropriate to secure added endorsements for each specialty within our existing policy, or are separate policies recommended or required for each area?
Response: The contractor is not required to have separate policies for each specialty. Please seek additional guidance from your insurance provider.
3. Can previous employment with the Department of Veterans Affairs Base+4 year contracts in management and experience working on military installations be counted as past performance for the last three years in relation to government contracts.
Response: Please include relevant past performance on the past performance questionnaire.
4. Could you please confirm the current contract value?
Response: Please refer to SAM.gov for all previous award notifications.
5. Is transportation a mandatory requirement under the contract?
A) Is it considered optional, allowing us the flexibility to include or exclude it based on project needs?
B) Or is it simply suggested, with the option to incorporate it if beneficial to the project?
Response: Transportation is not included on this requirement. The RRC is required to insure AIC’s transportation to CTS appointments.
8. Can you please confirm if the Estimated Quantity in the Schedule of Supplies/Services is equivalent to Per Unit i.e., per receipt of the report?
For example: 1 Estimated Quantity is equal to 1 Unit (25 minutes).
Response: Yes, please refer to pages 29-30 of the Statement of Work for a more detailed explanation.
9. I am reaching out regarding a discrepancy in the Business Proposal. On the first page of the document, there is a checklist outlining the required components for the proposal. However, the item referencing the "Completed FBOP Subcontracting Plan (See page 7)" is missing, as page 7 is not included in the Business Proposal.
Response: Please disregard page 7. This is a small business set- aide. A subcontracting plan is not required.
**Note: Please note questions will no longer be accepted after Friday, November 15, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. EST.
