Questions Regarding 15BCTS25R00000001 (CTS in Austin, TX)
1. For the Business Management Questionnaire, it asks for the last three contracts awarded to our firm. Would we include a Non-Competitive Purchase Order as one of the last three contracts (as it does not have a contract number) or just actual contracts?
Response: Please include information for all awards. You may use your own form for additional information if needed.
2. In the Solicitation Schedule of Services, can you please advise if under the units where it says EACH for services like individual therapy (2010, 6010, 6012), group therapy (2020, 6020) and relationship/parenting therapy (2030, 6031), this is per 60-minute session or if this is supposed to be a 30-minute unit (which was in prior solicitations). I just want to make sure that when we submit proposals we are all pricing it based on the same guidelines.
I understood that an assessment and report was all one unit and all the same price, but therapy sessions can differ in length so am not sure what length we are billing for when it says each.
Response: Contract Line Items that provide individual or group counseling, e.g., 2010, 2020, 6010, or relationship and parenting counseling, such as 2030, 6031, are billed per 30-minute unit.
Contract Line Items for an Intake Assessment & Report, e.g., 2011, 5011, or Psychiatric Evaluation & Report, 5030, are billed per one unit, i.e., per receipt of the report.
**Note: Please note questions will no longer be accepted after Friday, November 15, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. EST.
