Questions for 15BCTS25Q00000013 (CTS in Garden Grove, CA)

Question 1: What is the length of services per client?

Response: The length of services per inmate is going to depend on what is clinically needed for the inmate. Typically, services do not exceed four hours per week for an inmate.

Question 2: Is the contract structured around 3-Hour programing blocks or full 6-Hour Days?

Response: The treatment regimen is going to depend what treatment recommendations are yielded from the initial assessment. The course of treatment typically does not exceed four hours per week for an inmate. CTS can approve additional hours/sessions if clinically warranted.

Question 3: How many clients are expected to admit per cycle (weekly or monthly)?

Response: Community Treatment Services (CTS) does not designate inmates to 9PN (RRC) so we are unable to give an estimate of how many referrals they will have in a week and or per month. Referral numbers will fluctuate throughout the life of the contract.

Question 4: Will medication management be included as part of the outpatient programming?

Response: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 6051 MH- Medication Monitoring & Reporting (6051) is a part of the requirement.

Question 5: Can the treatment service be in surrounding cities near Garden Grove?

Response: Services must be performed within a 5-mile radius of Garden Grove City Hall, located at 11222 Acacia Parkway, Garden Grove, California 92840, within a ½-mile access to public transportation.
