Questions for 15BCTS25Q00000012 (CTS in Las Vegas, NV.)
Question: Is there any data available that shows where the majority of supervised clients or halfway house residents are typically located within the Las Vegas Valley (e.g., Northwest, Eastside, Henderson)?
Response: Inmates will be supervised by the contracted Residential Reentry Center (RRC), in Las Vegas, NV. The current address to the RRC is 2901 Sammy Davis JR. Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89109. Community Treatment Services (CTS) does not determine home confinement placements for inmates in and around Las Vegas. This is determined by the Residential Reentry Manager’s (RRM) office and the RRC. The treatment provider’s agency would need to be located within the geographic restriction identified in the solicitation.
Question: In some cases, patients receiving higher doses of methadone require additional medical clearance (e.g., EKG or cardiac evaluation). Would services like these fall within the reimbursable scope of the contract? Or should they be handled as external referrals outside the agreement?
Response: The Bureau is solicitating for Substance Use and Mental Health treatment services in Las Vegas, NV only. Any MAT services will be provided by the National MAT Telehealth provider. If an inmate needs methadone, the Bureau will contract for these services. MAT and or methadone services are not part of the Las Vegas solicitation.
