Question: How many people will we roughly have to serve daily/weekly? If possible could you break that number down by category (i.e substance abuse, mental health, sex offender...)?
Response: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide quoters with a weekly units for each category of services. But on the Standard Form 1449, which is the solicitation 15BCTS24Q00000025, each line items has a ”Guaranteed Minimum Quantity” and “Estimated Maximum Quantity.” Potential quoters are to use the ” Estimated Maximum Quantity” when developing the total amount.
Question: Do we have to have a physical office or can we do virtual sessions?
Response: Yes, a physical location is required. Services can be provided via telehealth in accordance with Section 3.10, on page 17, of the 2022 Statement of Work (SOW). Also, the information is in “SECTION 2.1, CONTINUATION OF SF-1449, BLOCK 20.pdf” document.
Question: What will be the typical schedule? By "typical schedule" I meant what days of the week and times of day will the services need to be provided.
Response: There is no "typical schedule" as the frequency of treatment services is individualized based upon the needs of the client. Generally, clients are to be seen weekly but no more than twice per week to reduce any impact on employment, family reintegration, and other reentry requirements.
