1. Who is the incumbent if any?

Response: Please visit SAM.gov to view previous contracts.

2. Is telehealth allowed in addition to the in person services requirement?

Response: Telehealth services are allowed, per Statement of Work requirements.

However, the use of telehealth for the delivery of services must not be simply for the sake of convenience for the contractor or the Adult in Custody (client) but based on sound clinical judgment, resulting in a treatment delivery of both in-person and telehealth services.

3. Regarding the session minimums listed per service, are those minimums referring to monthly, yearly or per client? Or some other frequency?

Response: The guaranteed minimum quantity for each service is based per period of performance.
