Summary
This document is the Instructions to Offerors for a Federal Bureau of Prisons solicitation at FCI Oxford in Oxford, Wisconsin. Offerors must submit two required items by 3 April 2026 at 4:00 pm to rcalandra@bop.gov: a completed SF1449 form with specified sections filled in (Page 1 block 17a including name, email, UEI, and phone number; blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c; and Page 4 with the contract amount), and a summary of the technical process to be used to complete the work as outlined in the accompanying Statement of Work. The acquisition will be evaluated using the FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 19 March 2026 at 9:00 am at the Front Lobby of FCI Oxford, located at County Road G & Elk Avenue. No NCIC clearances are required for attendance, and offerors may bring multiple representatives. For site visit inquiries, contact oxf-facilities-s@bop.gov. For general questions regarding the solicitation, contact Ronald Calandra at 843-387-9424 or rcalandra@bop.gov.
