1. Work Hours: The statement of work says the working hours are between 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, while the pre-bid conference meeting notes states the work hours are between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Could you clarify when the working hours are?

CLARIFICATION: Statement of Work; Page 2, Section G, 1

2. Will FCI Sheridan be reusing existing transformers and panels that are located under the cooling tower?

CLARIFICATION: The existing transformers and panels located underneath the cooling tower that provide service to other equipment than the cooling tower, will be reused and remain in use throughout the length of the project.

3. Talking to facilities staff at FCI Sheridan, it was mentioned that we wouldn’t be replacing the Water Treatment System. Can this be confirmed?

CLARIFICATION: Statement of Work; Page 5-6

4. Talking to facilities staff at FCI Sheridan, they mentioned a VFD would be running either the fans or pumps, but I don’t see any VFDs in the specs. Are VFDs included in this scope of work?

CHANGE: Statement of Work; Page 4, Section B

5. The lead time on the cooling tower may be an issue if the project duration is 88 days. Is it possible to extend the completion period?

CHANGE: We will change the lead time in Period of Performance to reflect 120 days.

6. For the past performance submission, is this only for the prime or do the subcontractors also need the previous experience?
