6. Please provide the temporary hot water pump gpm and tdh.

CLARIFICATION: 300GPM/85FT

7. Please provide the Gas PSI for the temporary boilers.

CLARIFICATION: Camus MicoFlame 2mbtu Hot Water Skid – gas pressure = 11INW or Camus 3mbtu MicoFlame Series 2 Combined Hot Water Skid – gas pressure = 14INW

8. On the drawings, what is meant by HXR. What size is the HXR?

CLARIFICATION: HXR(Heat Exchanger Return) 6” pipe.

9. The new boilers power requirements on M0.2 B1,B2,B3 schedule says 460/3/60 and also lists the control circuit as 120/1/60. Are the boilers a single point of connection for 460v and they have a built in transformer or do they require a separate 120v circuit for the controls?

CLARIFICATION: Single point power connection. No separate 120V control circuit required.

10. On E2.2 it shows the temporary boiler power conduit going to PNL-L1 which is a 208/120v panel with (1) ¾”(RGS) with 3#12+1#12GND but on E2.3 Keynote 3 it says the temporary power goes to PNL-H2 with (3) ¾”(RGS) with 3#12+1#12GND. Please clarify.

CLARIFICATION: The temporary boilers are 120V or 208V depending on the available equipment from the rental company (TBD)when the construction starts. However, the power provided on Sheet E0.1, Panel “L1” schedule is 20A, 120V based on the “BT1” thru “BT4” equipment schedule on Sheet M0.2 The 120/208V power will serve the gas blower fans. The power will be derived from existing power panel “L1” as shown on the drawing. Provide the required branch circuit breakers which will be determined later. The circuit breakers shown on “L1” is subject to change as to quantity, ampere ratings and branch circuit conductors/conduit required to match the available equipment. Keynote #3 on Sheet E2.3 was the earlier version but was not revised after the equipment revision at the last minute.

11. Please clarify what detail 4 is representing on E3.1 because it doesn’t match anything else from the prints. It shows 240V and new equipment is 460V.

CLARIFICATION: Detail 4 was the part of the initial scheme in providing power for the intended boilers and should have been deleted in the review submittal.

But yes, the power for the new boilers is 460V, 3-phase as shown in the boiler equipment schedule on Sheet M0.2.

12. Please clarify keynote 2 on E1.1 because we did not talk about these pumps on the job walk and they are heating hot water not domestic hot water. Where is the source of their power?

CLARIFICATION: Yes, they are Hot Water Heating Pumps as shown on Keynote #7 on Sheet M1.1. The power is derived from existing power panel “P1” as shown on Sheet E1.1.
