About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the supply and delivery of condensate pump and motor assemblies to support mechanical operations at the Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Terre Haute in Indiana. The procurement requires five distinct pump and motor assembly line items totaling 12 units: four Shipco 129A D 25HP assemblies (208/230 3-Phase), two Bell and Gossett 658PF 7.5HP vacuum pump assemblies, two Bell and Gossett 625PF 5HP vacuum pump assemblies, two ITT Industries/Goulds 4x3x9 2000 series 7.5HP assemblies, and two Goulds G&L Series SSV 15HP assemblies. All assemblies operate on 208/230 3-Phase voltage. The SOW explicitly notes that some existing equipment may be obsolete and permits "or equal" product substitutions provided vendors submit full technical documentation for government evaluation.
This is a supply-only procurement with no installation, field labor, or construction services authorized. The vendor must deliver all items free of damage, fully palletized on standard 40" x 48" wooden pallets not exceeding 2,500 lbs per pallet, to FCC Terre Haute warehouse at 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. Deliveries are accepted exclusively between 7:00 AM and 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday; any outside-hours deliveries require five working days advance coordination with the Contract Monitor. All freight shipping costs must be included FOB destination. Vendors must submit manufacturer product data sheets, system configuration guidelines, commercial warranty documents, and three copies of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemical and liquid components prior to shipment. The government reserves the right to reject products failing safety compliance, requiring vendors to provide compliant alternatives at no additional cost. Delivery drivers and personnel must comply with strict institutional security protocols, including prohibition of cell phones, cameras, firearms, contraband, and clothing matching inmate uniform colors.
