About this file
This document is an addendum to the solicitation that outlines the evaluation criteria for the Liturgical Spiritual Guide for FCI Greenville contract opportunity. The evaluation factors include technical ability, key personnel training/certification, price, and past performance. The Government will make an award to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is most advantageous based on the stated evaluation factors. The solicitation is for an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option years, with a 6-month extension at the Government's discretion. Award will be made on a best value trade-off basis considering the evaluation criteria. All contractors must be registered in the SAM database, and local Procurement Technical Assistance Centers may be able to provide assistance.
