Requirement for Five (5) Commercial Dryers
UniMac 120lb Gas Dryer UniLinc Touch Control Combustion Automated Response Equipped (C.A.R.E.) - OPTidry- Reversing White 440-480V 60Hz.

3-year warranty on all parts.
Install- Service Labor:
Includes removal and disposal of existing equipment. Delivery and installation of new equipment. The awarded Contractor shall complete all connections to existing utilities within 3ft. The customer is to verify all correct utilities are in place before installation. The awarded Contractor will not alter any utilities. If additional supplies are needed to make connections, the awarded contractor will bill on a separate line item on the final invoice. The customer is responsible for any utility upgrades that may be needed. The awarded contractor is not responsible for the concrete condition as floor work may need to be done. The awarded contractor will not perform any interior finish work on doors, jams, walls, trim, or bulkheads. The customer is responsible for providing access to and through the laundry room. If any doors, walls, or jams need to be removed, this will need to be done before the awarded Contractor's arrival. Please include freight charges in the bid.
Delivery, removal, and installation schedule shall be coordinated with the FCC Florence Facilities Department after award.
Contractor employees working at an FBOP facility after the award of the contract will be subject to a background investigation. Contractor employees must complete the applicable forms provided by the FBOP. Following the investigation, the FBOP will provide the Contractor with a list of employees approved to work at the institution. If a contractor’s employee is not approved, only that fact will be communicated to the Contractor. No additional justification will be released, in compliance with Privacy Act requirements.
