About this file

This document is a 4th Quarter Delivery Schedule Memorandum from the Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Complex Coleman in Florida, detailing precise delivery requirements for food service vendors. The memo outlines four distinct delivery schedules for July-September 2025, ranging from single shipments to weekly deliveries, with specific timing and quantity guidelines. Vendors must adhere to strict delivery conditions, including palletized and wrapped shipments, precise temperature controls for perishable and frozen foods, and specified delivery windows between 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

The document emphasizes performance expectations, noting that failure to meet delivery schedules or product specifications will be considered a performance issue that could impact future contract awards. Critical requirements include maintaining specific temperature ranges for different food types (34-40 degrees F for non-frozen perishables, 0 degrees F or below for frozen items), conditional receipt with a 3-day examination period, and mandatory pickup of rejected items at vendor expense. The solicitation is a small business set-aside for NAICS code 311999, with bids to be submitted through Unison Marketplace's online reverse auction platform by May 19, 2025, with delivery destination at Coleman, FL 33521.
