About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation 15B30125Q00000021, issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Institution in Atlanta, GA, related to an ammunition procurement requirement. The Q&A addresses two specific vendor inquiries: first, confirming that remanufactured ammunition is not allowed for this requirement, and second, definitively stating that alternative ammunition specifications will not be considered, with the contracting office emphasizing that only the original specified Jacketed Hollow Point made with lead will be accepted. The strict specifications indicate that any submitted ammunition outside the precise requirements will be automatically rejected.
