Dear Quoter:
a solicitation package for bread iterms for delivery to Federal Medical Center, Lexington, Lexington, KY. This package contains all necessary information for you to submit a price quote to the government.
In submitting the request for quote (RFQ), quoters should consider all information provided herein.
Please carefully follow all instructions located in the solicitation package concerning the content, format, and submission of your quote. Please note, failure to comply with the instructions may lead to the exclusion of the quote provided by the quoter.
All quoters are advised that the Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation by price and past performance. The award may be issued with a purchase card or a purchase order. Line item quantities are for delivery as required by FMC Lexington. Please quote only on those items specified. Do not change the item description or the unit of issue. Do not use phrases such as “minimum award amount”, “All or none”, or any other phrases that would limit the Government from awarding by line item. ANY CHANGES TO THE
SOLICITATION CAN RESULT IN THE GOVERNMENT REJECTING PART OR ALL OF
THE QUOTE SUBMITTED.
Quotes must be received on or before the deadline of March 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST.
All quoted prices should not have more than two (2) decimal points or will result in the inability to be considered. When submitting a quote, please also attach the quote sheet cover and ensure you have listed your vendor name, Unique Entity Id, and an email and telephone number.
