About this file
This document is a Delivery Schedule for a food service contract, likely with the Bureau of Prisons (BOP). The delivery window is from January 20, 2026, to January 30, 2026, with deliveries accepted only Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm. Contractors must strictly adhere to specific requirements, including palletizing deliveries, maintaining precise temperature controls (34-40 degrees F for non-frozen perishables, 0 degrees F or below for frozen foods), and complying with BOP National Menu Specifications.
The document emphasizes rigorous quality control, with all items subject to close inspection and potential three-day conditional receipt for examination and testing. Vendors face significant consequences for non-compliance, including potential removal from future solicitations, refusal of non-compliant items, and mandatory pick-up of unacceptable products at the vendor's expense. Failure to meet delivery schedules or contract specifications can negatively impact the contractor's past performance record, which may affect future government contract awards.
