Past performance will be evaluated as either acceptable or unacceptable. The price proposal must provide detailed breakdowns of all material, labor, and other costs. Proposals are due by 9:00 AM EDT on July 3, 2024, and must remain valid for 30 calendar days. Award will be made using the Lowest-Price-Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) source selection method.
