The IFB requests bids for spray injection pothole patching on primary and secondary routes within the Abingdon Residency. All bid documents and fillable attachments must be completed and submitted with the bid. The contract term is not specified, but typical VDOT contracts allow for renewals.

The IFB includes prevailing wage rates for various labor classifications in the Smyth and Washington County areas. Bidders must be registered with the Virginia State Corporation Commission and provide information on their use of small, women-owned, and minority-owned businesses as subcontractors. There is a set-aside priority for the contract, but the details are not provided in the document. Pricing terms, funding sources, and incumbent contractors are also not specified.
