About this file
This is a Modification to Solicitation for RFP 20270000032, issued on September 14, 2026, by an unnamed state or local government entity. The modification revises the Offeror Capabilities/Organizational Experience/Personnel requirements outlined in Exhibit A, Section 1.I.i of the original solicitation. The updated requirements establish mandatory qualifications for personnel who will perform work under this contract.
The modification specifies three primary credential requirements for offerors: possession of an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado; dedicated, verifiable inpatient psychiatric nursing experience; and proven clinical experience working with individuals diagnosed with Substance Use Disorders (SUDs). These requirements indicate the solicitation seeks nursing services with specialization in psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment. No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding amounts, or contract duration details are provided in this modification document.
