The scope encompasses comprehensive geotechnical services, construction materials testing, roofing and waterproofing assessments, materials engineering, and asbestos-related services. Contractors must provide all necessary tests, accredited and qualified personnel, equipment, written reports, evaluations, and recommendations related to assigned work orders. The contract is estimated at $6,000,000.00 and requires qualified and experienced professionals capable of delivering thorough subsurface investigation services across multiple disciplines and project sites within Hillsborough County.

The services are to be performed on an as-needed basis through individual work orders issued by the County, with contractors expected to maintain accreditation and appropriate qualifications across all service categories. Contractors must demonstrate capacity to provide timely mobilization, experienced staff, and professional-quality documentation and analysis. The engagement structure allows Hillsborough County flexibility in directing specific investigations and testing needs while maintaining a roster of pre-qualified service providers, with compensation determined through the work order authorization process based on actual services rendered and materials tested.
