Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan

Crystal Reports and HDB Support

1 Objective The purpose of this plan is to provide quality assurance surveillance on the implementation activities for Crystal Reports and HDB support, used for data collection, storage, and dissemination. This plan provides a basis for the Contracting officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to evaluate the quality of the Contractor’s performance. The oversight provided for in the contract and in this plan will help ensure that service levels reach and maintain the required levels throughout the contract term. Further, this plan provides the COR with a proactive way to avoid unacceptable or deficient performance.

2 Evaluation Methods 100% Review - This method is used for tasks that require full review of developments to be implemented. The COR, with technical assistance from other AAO and Regional office employees, will review, make recommendations, and approve proposed new water accounting reports.

Periodic Surveillance- This method will be used for tasks that only require a review of the Contractor’s performance at the mid-way and completion of the performance. The COR will develop surveys, review, and make recommendations during the implementation of tasks that require periodic surveillance.
