About this file

This document is an amendment to a federal solicitation for a vault toilet and parking pad project at Cedar Mountain in Wyoming. The Bureau of Reclamation seeks a contractor to supply, deliver, and install a pre-cast concrete double-vault toilet building with associated parking infrastructure. The amendment (No. 0001) removes a page 7 aerial image from the Statement of Work and provides responses to contractor questions regarding project details such as picnic tables, boulders, and parking area specifications.

The solicitation requires quotations to be submitted by email to Darlene Dillon by July 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Evaluation will be based on three factors: technical specifications (including specification sheets and drawings), past performance (similar government projects completed in the past 5 years), and price. The government intends to award to the most advantageous quotation, with registration in SAM.gov being mandatory. The project involves constructing a double-vault toilet with two unisex restrooms, a 16'x16' ADA parking pad, and a 36" wide sidewalk, with a period of performance of approximately 90 calendar days after notice to proceed.
