Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan
Reclamation recognizes the responsibility of the contractor to carry out performance and quality control of the Tasks in the Performance Work Statement. The QASP focuses on the level of performance required by the Performance Work Statement and the contractor’s schedule required in the Delivery section, above, rather than the methodologies used by the contractor to complete the Tasks. Reclamation intends to use measurable performance standards, in terms of timeliness and quantity, to measure/monitor the contractor’s performance against their schedule.
In conduct of this QASP, Reclamation will utilize random sampling and customer input to determine the contractor’s level of performance as follows:
• Random Sampling: Reclamation personnel will randomly review contractor documentation of tasks completed and visually inspect the facilities to assess the completion of the tasks.
• Customer Input: Customer comments and complaints received will be evaluated to validate contractor performance of the tasks.
• Quality assurance shall be tracked by use of OM-001-2025 checklist or contractors checklist.
• Checklist shall be submitted to the COR after each service, maintenance, or inspection.
The contractor shall establish a schedule for executing the below listed tasks to ensure regular time intervals between performances (i.e., so that the tasks are performed at the same time each week, each month, each quarter etc.) per building schedules below.
• Provo Area Office -work shall be performed within the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
• Pleasant Grove Maintenance Building- work shall be performed within the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday.
