About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract opportunity related to hazardous waste services.
The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office requires hazardous waste pickup and disposal services, including preparing waste for shipment, completing waste profiles and manifests, and providing certificates of disposal or recycling. The SOW lists specific items for disposal, such as chemicals, batteries, and mercury thermometers. The period of performance is from the date of award through 60 days.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for HAZMAT spill response/cleanup and waste disposal services, under NAICS codes 562910 - Remediation Services and 562211 - Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The agency is considering a single contract or two separate contracts. Interested contractors must submit capability statements addressing their relevant experience, qualifications, and perspectives on contract type by November 22, 2024.
