About this file
This file contains contract clauses (Section C) for solicitation 140R3025Q0003, a bulk chemicals IDIQ contract for the Bureau of Reclamation's Yuma Desalting Plant. The document outlines required FAR clauses and terms that will be incorporated into the contract, including provisions related to contractor employee whistleblower rights, prohibitions on certain telecommunications equipment, and requirements for small business utilization.
The document includes an addendum with limitations on subcontracting requirements, specifically addressing rules for small business set-asides. Key incorporated clauses cover areas such as equal opportunity, service contract labor standards, and electronic funds transfer requirements. The file primarily contains standard contract terms and conditions rather than specific details about the required products or services. Notable inclusions are clauses related to protection of source selection information, past performance evaluation procedures, and requirements for contractor compliance with various federal statutes and executive orders applicable to commercial products and services procurement.
