QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

1. - Evaluation Factor (1) Professional qualifications states: Experience/Technical expertise -general hydrography, surveying, and geotechnical applications. Offeror's ability to provide qualified staff with knowledge and experience in a wide variety of hydrographic, surveying, geotechnical and related applications. It is our understanding that a Geotechnical Engineer in not required to perform the services in the Scope of Work, is this correct?

Response: Not required, however it is desired. Language for this factor has been updated.

2. - Evaluation Factor (1) Subcategories: Water resources/Civil Engineering. Per the SOW of this solicitation, we do not see a need to have a Water Resources Civil Engineer, could you please confirm if this is required?

Response: Not required, however it is desired. Language for this factor has been updated.

3. - Evaluation Factor (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including, where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials. Per the SOW of this solicitation, it does not seem for energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and use of recovered materials to be required, could you please confirm if it should be removed from the solicitation?

4. - Evaluation Factor (2) Specialized experience and technical competence states laboratory geotechnical testing. The SOW of this solicitation does not include any language for laboratory geotechnical testing, please advise if this should be removed from the solicitation.

Response: This has been removed. See attached.

5. - Scope of Work document, H. Key Personnel. The SOW does not mention the need for a

Professional Engineer to complete the project. Can you please confirm is this is required?

Response: Yes, it is required. See Attachment 1-SOW, Page 11 of 12, Section H. Key Personnel.

6. - How many projects are required in Section F?

Response: For SF-330, Section F, please include 3 projects.

7. - Should Section E only include resumes for Key Personnel?

Response: Yes, only for Key Personnel.
