The performance period for the YDP Buildings Roof Leak Inspection project will be 60 calendar days from the date of contract award to the Contractor.

The time for the scope of work deliverable does not seem reasonable. The volume of leaks would indicate a need for roof replacement and not for roof repairs. Will a total replacement be considered? If so, a time extension and modification to the SOW should be considered to provide adequate bid documents?

Full roof replacement is not the intent, however, if after a thorough inspection has been completed, and a recommendation of a roof inspection is an option, the awardee could be given a time extension given the contractor provides progress updates every week.
