About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) amendment for Solicitation Number 140R2025Q0026, providing clarifications for a fuel procurement opportunity. The Q&A addresses four key vendor inquiries regarding fuel delivery, including historical average delivery volumes (Unleaded Gasoline: 1200-1500 gallons, Low Sulfur Diesel: 500 gallons per delivery), pricing adjustment terms, and pricing methodology. Specifically, the document confirms that economic price adjustments will be based on the EIA California rate applied to the vendor's quoted fuel price, with adjustments made upon invoicing. The Q&A also indicates that actual historical pricing is not available, and vendors should reference the pricing example in Section 6 of the solicitation to understand the pricing arrangement.
