About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for landscaping and grounds maintenance services at the Grand Coulee Power Office. The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking these services to maintain landscaping, repair irrigation systems, and replant flowers, trees, shrubs and plants.

The amendment extends the quote submission deadline from November 29, 2021 to December 14, 2021 at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. It also revises the ceiling prices for materials line items in option years 3 and 4 to $35,000 each. The services are required from January 2025 to December 2026 with option years priced separately. Pricing terms stipulate reimbursement for actual material costs up to the ceiling amounts.
