This is Amendment 4 to solicitation 140P9725Q0007 for waste and recyclables removal from Lake Clark National Park and Preserve, issued by the National Park Service Alaska Regional Office. The amendment provides Q&A responses and updates the wage determination.

Key details from the Q&A include: The park will provide packing materials (super sacks, buckets, pallets), with only large scrap metal bins needing to be returned on a rotating annual basis. The aluminum collection quantity is clarified as up to four 250lb sacks annually (1,000lbs total).
